Monica Morgan, World Renowned Photojournalist
Known for her distinct style of world-class images of celebrities, heads of state, pop icons, and historic events, photojournalist Monica Morgan is more than “a photographer.” She sees what others don’t; she captures what others can’t. Whether she’s freezing history or making it, Monica Morgan lives life through the lens. Her lens. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Morgan earned her communications degree from Wayne State University, where she had a full academic scholarship. During her college years she interned with both WDIV and WQBH.
For over three decades Monica has been traveling the world, documenting historical events, icons and celebrities such as Prince Charles, Nelson Mandela, Muhammad Ali, Aretha Franklin, Prince, Sophia Loren, Barack Obama, Muammar Ghadhaffi, Rosa Parks, Shirley Chisolm, Thurgood Marshall Bishop TuTu… and now she’s also speaking about it, motivating and sharing lessons learned. Ryan Adkins leads design research for the Experience Innovation Group at Dell Technologies. Before joining Dell, Ryan worked for a creative agency as the director of brand strategy and market research. Always working on a side startup, he has been involved in various startups ranging from B2B analytics platforms to board games to electric longboards. He has a degree in Sociology and an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship from BYU. When he's not driving empathy-based innovation, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and gigging around local music spots in Austin. Ryan will share key brand strategies to help you differentiate your business and achieve greater marketing success.

Tenicia Moulden, Esq. is a thriving entrepreneur, attorney, and devoted mother. With over ten years of experience in estate planning, insurance, and financial services, she founded the Moulden Law firm to offer estate planning to young professionals, entrepreneurs, and women business owners. Her services include wealth coaching and mentorship to Women of Color+ to empower them with the knowledge and skills they need to grow and protect their assets wisely. She has worked in small firms with one owner to Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees. She has experience in accounting, finance and in house legal counsel in banking.
Hallie Williams
Founder of Right Next Door
Hallie Williams is Founder and CEO of Right Next Door which helps entrepreneurs select and invest in franchises. Mr. Williams is very well versed in entrepreneurship and coaches entrepreneurs. He recently completed the NEA Comerica Entrepreneur Bootcamp and Certification Program. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Phi Fraternity and a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also obtained an MBA from Howard University. He currently serves as President of the Washington D.C. chapter of the National Entrepreneurs Association where he resides with his wife and children.
