Servola Frazier is a business strategist, author, coach, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Motivate Enterprises, LLC, Motivate Training Solutions, Creator of Motivate Positive Products, Founder of Women CAMP, and Business Empowerment Strategist of the Entrepreneur Biz Circle. Servola has written several books and training programs, including Fearless: Discovering the Power to Overcome Life's Challenges, Smile (Fall 2020), Communication Matters, Total Life Makeover, and more. Servola is consistently sought after to speak to entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and foreign dignitaries. She founded MommyIncome.com and hosts a weekly podcast, The Amazon Files, where she helps others start and grow businesses online. Her grit, hard work, and business savvy have changed her life in ways she never thought possible. From the emotional low of foreclosure to scaling a seven-figure business while starting another, she is determined to make an impact in the lives of others by sharing what she learned along the way.
With her new book Dream Big, Step Small she desires to inspire entrepreneurs all over the world to find their purpose, follow their dreams, and take small steps to get everything they ever wanted. You'll be inspired as she shares the strategies she used to turn her life around.

Dr. ZaLonya Allen is President of the National Entrepreneurs Association. She has been an entrepreneur for 20 years. As a Leadership Speaker and Trainer she has delivered hundreds of presentations for organizations throughout the country and coaches professionals in a variety of industries. Dr. Allen has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Woman of Wonder Award from University of Phoenix, Unsung Hero Award from Wayne state University Association of Black Business Students and the Spirit of Detroit Award. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Michigan, a M.A. in industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Doctorate in Psychology from North Central University.
